Brand Identity
Just when Udemy had gone through a rebrand to solidify its place in the online education space, its younger B2B arm, Udemy for Business, reached $150M ARR in merely 5 years. Due to its unique audience and strategy, it warranted a more tailored identity.
Objective
The objective was to define and canonize the Udemy for Business brand, empowering marketing, sales, customer success, and other business functions under UFB to communicate in a relevant message in a cohesive voice to the professional audience.
The objective was achieved through a 50-page Udemy for Business brand book.
Role & Responsibility
I led the effort in putting the Udemy for Business brand book together. Partnering with stakeholders and my creative counterparts on Udemy's B2C brand team, we created the Udemy for Business brand book with B2B-tailored contents: i.e. mission, vision, value, messaging, voice and tone, and all the visual language & styles a brand would require.
